About Us

The Carrera Group was founded in 2001 with a mission to improve the transfer of knowledge amongst our users.  We were asked to participate on a Blue Ribbon Panel, chartered to study and suggest solutions to the fratricide crisis by the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition, Technology and Logistics in 2002.  Our recommendations led to acquisition policy decisions by the DoD that increased interoperability in systems, policies, and operations across the Department.

We also helped small to large aerospace companies position their products and services to better meet the needs of their government customers.

In 2019 we shifted focus to leaders of small businesses that wanted to establish predictable growth and make their businesses easier to run. 

We are now Principals at ExecHQ and a Core Value Advisor, enabling us to employ over 130 CXOs to help provide our clients with solutions to any problem and with artificial intelligence tools to improve operations and value of small companies with revenues of $2M to $70M.
